Hudghton (Greens/EFA) - The right to adequate translation and interpretation during criminal proceedings is a fundamental one and one that becomes increasingly important with enhanced judicial cooperation across the EU, as well as more mobile populations. The Ludford report strikes a good balance and I accordingly voted in favour.
