Ian Hudghton (Greens/EFA) ‒ I welcome Parliament's call for all the EU's Member States to recognise Kosovo's independence. The EU is a union of independent states and national self-determination is a fundamental right. Countries which continue to ignore Kosovo's independence show a lack of respect for the democratic wishes of that country's people.
