Ian Hudghton (Greens/EFA) - This House had been subjected to intensive lobbying from the tobacco industry and it is regrettable that the final agreement is not as strong as it could have been. The Scottish government has fought the tobacco lobby through the courts and intends to maintain its fight against smoking.
