Ian Hudghton (Greens/EFA) I supported this Report which addresses deficiencies in the New Alliance for Food Security and Nutrition (NAFSN) including the need to prioritise food security and nutrition over export opportunities and growth along with ineffective action towards hunger and poverty alleviation. Safeguarding farmers' land rights and protecting their environment from concentrated land ownership is vital, so I welcome that this Report calls on private companies to create appeal mechanisms and publish publicly accessible annual reports.
